Apollo René (b. 2001, Williamsburg VA) is a graduate student at Cornell University. (2026)

Apollo’s design philosophy is founded on sustainability, the built environment, and the creation of community spaces. He seeks to harness the power of nature to redefine what is achievable in architecture. Each project reflects a thoughtful approach, incorporating alternative building materials, minimizing carbon emissions, optimizing the transportation of resources, and exploring innovative construction methodologies.

Design is a reflective process that engages with the built environment. It is a disciplined practice, driven by the intent to purify and enrich—not only addressing human needs but also supporting the ecological health of the project’s site.
